Gus Krimm is a seasoned hospitality executive with nearly 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across lifestyle, boutique, and branded hotel assets. As Principal of Toren Hospitality, Gus partners with ownership groups, developers, and operators to deliver results through hotel openings, major renovations, asset repositionings, branding, guest experience enhancement, and cultural transformation. His leadership has guided more than $150 million in development and repositioning projects, consistently producing measurable gains in performance and long-term asset value.
Current Projects
Through Toren Hospitality, Gus currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for JET Hospitality, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across a diverse and expanding portfolio of lifestyle properties. He also serves as an advisor to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, supporting the planning and development of a new hotel and conference center with guidance on concepting, programming, and execution.

Earlier in his career, Gus was part of the founding team behind a lifestyle hospitality brand that grew from concept to a nationally recognized portfolio, earning industry accolades for innovation and guest experience. He has successfully led projects spanning new builds, large-scale renovations, brand transitions, and the creation of innovative food & beverage concepts. Known for producing top-tier guest satisfaction scores, strong market share performance, and the advancement of high-performing teams, Gus brings a results-driven yet people-focused approach to every engagement.
Industry Engagement
A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a former Division I varsity athlete, Gus also serves on the board of the Pikes Peak Lodging Association and the City of Colorado Springs Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax Advisory Committee. He previously served on the board of Visit Colorado Springs, including terms as Vice-Chair and Chairman of the Board, where he played a key role in advancing the region’s tourism and hospitality initiatives.
